Robert H Cook, Sr.

Robert (Bobby) H. Cook, Sr., of Crawford, Tennessee passed away peacefully, Tuesday, August 8th, 2023 at Stillwater Hospice, Fort Wayne, Indiana after a brief illness. Bobby was born April 14th, 1960 in Vallejo, California.

He spent most of his life as an Indiana resident, where most of his family reside and were able to surround him with love in his final days. He worked for Pretzels, Inc. in Bluffton, Indiana before moving to Tennessee, where he later worked for Tyson Foods prior to his illness. Bobby also served his country in the Army National Guard ten plus years. He loved to ride his Harley and fish whenever he could. He was a man of little means and had a kind and loving heart for everyone, especially when it came to animals. He is remembered by his sons for always saying “Motivation, Coordination and Concentration” if you are going to be successful in life. Though his life’s journey on earth is complete, his new journey surely has him fishing and riding high on his Harley to new places.

He is survived by his sons, Robert H. “Little Bobby” (Vickie) Cook, Jr., Robert (Trisina) Murphy, Steve (Cathy) Terry, James (Amanda) Terry, Jeremy (Arial) Terry, and daughter Teresa Kneller. Siblings, Brenda (Bob) Hughes, Gloria (Tom) Gusching, Johnnie Cook, Chris (Yvonne) Cook. 9 grandkids and 2 great grandkids. His mother Marilyn (Joe) Cook.

He was preceded in death by his father Robert J. Cook, 1992, his first wife Christina in 2000, and his second wife Christina in January 2023.

A Celebration of Life will take place at a later date for family and friends.
