Richard Lung Obituary

Richard E. Lung, 86, of Fort Wayne, passed away on Thursday, November 17, 2022. He was born on September 22, 1936 to Dennis and Velma (Smith) Lung. He was an engineer at Magnavox, and after retiring, returned to school, completing his Master’s Degree in business. He loved to read anything and everything, always looking to educate himself. He loved the outdoors, spending as much time as possible on his beloved tree farm. He is survived by his ex-wife, Bonnie (Spears) Lung, son Dennis, daughter Kathy (Dan) Lash, sister Patricia (Bob) Randle, sister Terri Lewis, and grandchildren Christopher, Miranda, Dmitri, Claire, and Dominic. Viewing to be held at Midwest Funeral Home, 1415 Coliseum Blvd West, Fort Wayne, on Wednesday, November 23, from 12pm to 2pm, with service immediately after.
