Adams, Randy Lee, 58, of Port Charlotte, Florida, formerly of Huntington, IN passed away from Acute Myeloid Leukemia on February 26, 2022 at his daughter's home in Saint Joe, IN. Randy was born June 26, 1963 in Pontiac, Michigan to Leon and Darlene Adams. They have preceded him in death. Randy was a journeyman carpenter who loved his trade. He would say it was a gift to be able to stand back at the end of the day and see what he had accomplished. Randy took pride in his work and loved sharing his skill and knowledge with others. He was always ready and willing to help, donating his time in service to others regularly. Randy loved the outdoors and was an avid hunter and fisherman. Randy was always at home in the woods. He married his soulmate, Jeanine McRee, in June of 1996 and she survives.
5 children had the honor of calling Randy dad and feel the profound loss. Randy is also survived by his siblings Delores Reynolds of Evart, MI, Cindy Ross of Prescott, MI, Esther (Al) Simon of Evart, MI, Fred (Laurie) Adams of Deleon Springs, FL, Stan (Jan) Adams of Burton, MI, Leon (Stephanie) Adams, Jr of Lake Wales, FL, Kimberley (Richard) Elliot of Sumner, MI, Kathy (John) Preston of Avoca, MI, Forrest Adams of Harrison, MI, Ronald (Judy) Adams of Chesterfield, MI, Deanna (Duane) Riley of Interlochen, MI, and Christie Austin of Gladwin, MI.
Randy was a proud Papa to his 13 grandchildren. In order of appearance are Jessica, Caleb, Josephene, Madalyn, Jami, Julia, Lexi, Ella, Noah, Caleb, Summer, Nevaeh and Jacob. Oodles and oodles of nieces, nephews and cousins will also mourn his loss.
In addition to his parents, Randy was preceded in death by his sisters Wanda Hannan and Georgiana Spohn and brothers Robert Adams and Thomas Adams.

At Randy's request, no service will be held. A celebration of life will be considered once it is safe to gather in crowds again. Cremation is being handled by Midwest Funeral Home & Cremation Society in Ft. Wayne, IN. Those wishing to may make a donation to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society or make a commitment to donate blood in Randy's honor.
