Matthew A. Salge

Matthew A. Salge, 52, of Fort Wayne, died Thursday, October 19, 2023.

He was born on November 22, 1970, in Fort Wayne, IN, to Arthur and Juanita (McKinley) Salge they survive.

Matthew enlisted in the United States Air Force, he was a Staff Sergant with the Fort Wayne National Guard 122D, in 1996 he earned the Outstanding Achievement Medal as Ground Radio Operator. 

Hobbies included photography, video games, playing guitar, KOMET hockey, traveling,

He was a truck driver, over the road and local deliveries, he worked with computers as a computer technician.

Matthew is survived by his daughter Vanessa Salge; son Trever Salge; sister Stacy Salge; nephews Kyle White, Trent Sipes and Zion Goodman and numerous cousins.

He is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents Arthur and Ethel Salge Sr. and his Paternal grandparents Earl and Helen McKinley and several aunts and uncles.

Funeral services will be Thursday October 26, 2023, at 3:00 p.m. at Midwest Funeral Home 1415 West Coliseum BLVD Fort Wayne, IN 46808, with calling two hours prior to service.
