Bill Peyton

William “Bill” Peyton, 72, passed away peacefully on Sunday, June 12th, 2022 at home with his daughter Kim by his side after battling dementia related health concerns for a while. Bill was born on May 30th 1950 in Logan, West Virginia. He really enjoyed the warm weather in Florida where he spent the last several years of his life. For fun he enjoyed going to the auction and buying and selling vehicles as a side hobby. Bill was mostly known for loving, caring and providing for kids and for his wonderful big smile.
He is survived by his daughters Kimberly Vadasz and Angelique Reeser; by his sister Malinda (Peyton) Taylor and brother Fred Price Peyton: by his daughter-in-law Janice Stephens; by his grandchildren Brittney (Zack) Schaefer, Danielle (Jermey Ambriole) Peyton, Caitlyn (Tyler) Copsey, Austin Blocher, Anthony Peyton, Hannah Reeser, and Xavier Peyton; by his great grandchildren Carlie Copsey, Raelynn Copsey, Mylah Copsey, Claire Schaefer and Bridget Schaefer; and by many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his mother Ruby Peyton Russell; by his son Scott Peyton; and by his brothers Robert Eldridge Lunsford, Matthew Harry Lunsford, Reed Allen Peyton, Owen Barry Peyton; and by his two great grandsons.
A memorial luncheon for immediate family and friends will be held Saturday at Casa Ristorante, which was his favorite food to enjoy the last year of his life, to celebrate him and share memories together of his life.
