Obituary

Anil was born on October 2, 1944, in Gondal, India. He married his wife Jayshree, and together they had two children, Chirag and Milan. Anil was a dedicated family man who cherished spending time with his wife, children, and grandchildren. He loved to tell stories and jokes.  His warm smile and infectious laughter will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

His hobbies included chess (he was a Gujarat, India state chess champion), listening to Indian music, and playing the flute and tabla.  In addition to his family, Anil was a respected leader in the restaurant industry.  He was able to increase profits, strengthen team morale, and keep customers coming back for more with his abundance of jokes and charm.

Anil's passing is a great loss for his family and friends.  He leaves behind his wife Jayshree, children Chirag (Mausami) and Milan (Rebekah), and grandchildren Savan, Suhani, Sean, Quinn, and Jaiden. His memory will be cherished by all who had the pleasure of knowing him, and his legacy will live on through the impact he made on the lives of so many.  May God bless his soul, Om Shanti
