Angelique Reeser Obituary

Angelique "Angel" Reeser, age 47, passed away on Sunday October 22, 2023, in Fort Wayne, Indiana. She was born on October 3, 1976 in Huntington, West Virginia. Angel was full of spontaneity, fun, and had a heart full of love to give. Her outgoing personality and contagious laugh could light up a room. She was always ready to lend a hand, play a game, or simply listen. Angel enjoyed reading books and making desserts, and she was never afraid to get her hands dirty to accomplish a task. Despite her own battles with mental health, she loved and cared deeply for those around her. She knew and loved the Lord, and now can be restored and in perfect peace in heaven.

Angel is survived by her sister, Kim Peyton Vadasz, whom she shared a close bond and unconditional love with. She also leaves behind her three children: her oldest son Austin Blocher (Spencer) , daughter Hannah Reeser (Tedd) , and youngest son Xavier Peyton (Kim). Additionally, Angel is survived by her step father Marv Rice and nieces Brittney (Zack) Schaefer, Danielle (Jeremy) Ambriole, Caitlyn (Tyler) Copsey, and nephew Anthony Gauge Peyton. Great nieces Carlie, Raelynn, and Mylah Copsey, along with Claire and Bridget Schaefer and nephew Lincoln Ambriole, also mourn her loss. Many extended family members and friends will miss her as well. Angel was preceded in death by her mother Janice Browning, father Bill Peyton, and brother Scott Peyton, as well as several grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins. She surely had some amazing people to greet her in Heaven, and she is now our guardian "Angel".

Visitation will be held on Monday, October 30th, from 5-8 pm at Midwest Funeral Home, located at 1415 West Coliseum Blvd in Fort Wayne, Indiana. A service to celebrate Angel's life will take place on Tuesday, October 31st, at 11 am, with an additional hour of visitation prior to the service. Pastor Brad Mattax from Crossbridge Community Church will be officiating the service.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that you consider sending a card of encouragement to any of her three children, along with a gift card for an uplifting activity, experience, or a meal. This unique gesture will allow them to honor her memory during this time of grieving. Angel was thoughtful and unique in her own way, and doing this alternative to traditional flowers would truly be appreciated. For those who wish to make a contribution, please connect with the family to find out the best way to send this to them.

Please join us in remembering and celebrating the life of Angelique. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
