Angela Hernandez Obituary

Angela Hernandez, 63, of Fort Wayne, Ind., passed away Saturday, April 2, 2022. She was born on Aug. 4, 1958 to the late Harold and Marceil Grabach. Angie loved to watch TV, spend time with her family, and play Farmville and games on her phone. She worked for Flashfold Carton for 23 years, until they closed down. She is survived by her husband, Frank Hernandez Jr. of Fort Wayne; two daughters, Nichole Hernandez (Matt Bowman) and Rachael Frye (Daniel); and son, Frank Hernandez III, all of Fort Wayne; one grandson, Zane Frye, and one granddaughter, Cadence Frye. She was also preceded in death by her grandson, Trevor Hernandez, in 2016. A Memorial Service will be held Friday, April 15, 2022 at 12pm at Midwest Funeral Home, 1415 W Coliseum Blvd, Fort Wayne Indiana 46808 with calling beginning 10am.
